Coaching for Advanced/Elite Lifters

  • Intensive one-on-one coaching experience, exclusive access to James
  • Focus on achieving/ progressing to and maintaining elite level strength
  • Implementation of accommodating resistance methodology: This technique involves using bands or chains to add more resistance at the top of the movement. This helps to build strength in the top range of the lift, and can also help to develop explosive power from the bottom.
  • Implementation of isometric training methodology: This method involves holding a position for a certain amount of time without moving. This can improve strength in a specific position, such as the midpoint of a bench press, where you may struggle.
  • Implementation of Partial reps: These involve doing reps in a specific range of motion, such as only doing the top half of a squat or deadlift. This can help to target specific muscles and improve strength in those positions.
