NO GYM? HACK - PROGRAM - FREE


No access to regular weights and/or a gym? Using only your bodyweight, anything weighted you can find and bands. This will provide you with a 4 day split (2 upper body days, 2 lower body days). It is an outline you can follow to keep those precious gains when you don't have access to barbell and regular dumbbells.
